These Terms set out the agreement between you and Formidably AI, a trading name of Formidably Ltd (company number 15228227), registered in England. Our registered office is Unit A Crescent Trade Park, Redditch B98 9DZ, United Kingdom.

By using our services you accept these Terms.

1. Our services

We provide digital tools, courses and other resources. Some are free, others require payment.

2. Payments

Prices are shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Payments are handled by our payment partners. Access is normally granted once payment is confirmed.

If you buy a subscription, it will renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

3. Cancellations and refunds

If you are a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase unless you asked for access straight away and accepted that this waives your right to cancel.

If you cancel within 14 days and access hasn’t started, we’ll refund you. If access has started, you may lose the right to cancel.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

4. Content

You are responsible for anything you upload, create, or share through our services (“User Content”).

You must ensure your User Content is lawful, accurate, and respectful. It must not infringe anyone’s rights, break the law, or cause harm.

By uploading User Content you give us permission to process and display it so the services work.

If your User Content leads to a claim, loss, or damage against us, you agree to reimburse us for reasonable costs and liabilities we incur.

5. Intellectual property

All rights in our services, content and branding belong to Formidably Ltd.

We give you a personal, limited right to use our services and content for your own purposes, as long as you follow these Terms. You do not get ownership of any part of our services, and you must not copy, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our permission.

6. No reliance

Our services and content are provided for general information, learning and productivity.

We do not guarantee that any content, material or guidance is complete, accurate or suitable for your situation. You must carry out your own checks and research before relying on it.

Nothing we provide is legal, financial, medical or professional advice. If you need advice, you should speak to a qualified professional.

You are responsible for how you use our services, and we are not liable for losses caused by reliance on them.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

For business users, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Ending use

We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or do not pay.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are significant we will let you know. The date above shows when they were last updated.
